Shipping policy
When will my order be processed?
We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 3–5 business days from the order date and shipped the next business day after processing. Please note that we don’t ship on weekends.
Allow extra time for processing during public holidays and sale seasons. Standard delivery times within Australia typically range between 3–5 business days, while international orders (including to the USA) may take 5–15 business days depending on distance and customs clearance.
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Once your order has been processed, we will be unable to make any changes.
Why am I receiving my items in separate packages?
It is normal for our items to arrive in separate packages. To ensure the fastest delivery, we ship from multiple warehouses.
All shipping times exclude clearance/customs delays.
Will I be charged customs and taxes?
The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in Australian Dollars (AUD). Depending on your shipping destination, you may be liable for import duties, GST, or other local taxes once your order arrives.
These fees are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs. For more details, please contact your local customs office.
